RETURNS + EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept unused and unopened products within 30 days of the receipt of the package. We value safety and cannot accept any opened, used, or tampered with products. No refund on sale items.  No refund on special promotional packages ( unless otherwise stated on conditions of sales for promotion).  Please note: You are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your order. In addition, we unfortunately do not refund the original shipping costs. We accept exchange requests ONLY if your product that has been delivered to you is defective.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us at support@leaderscosmetics.ca within 2 weeks of order date.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To initiate the return, please send an email to support@leaderscosmetics.ca with the following information: order number, your full name, product to be returned, and reason for return. 
  2. Once the return has been approved, we will then provide you with a return label and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Please pack your products along with the receipt and label.   Clearly mark "RETURN" on the outside of the packaging to expedite processing.
  3. Ship to the following address within 2 weeks from receipt of RMA:

  4. Please allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
